📦 Orders & Payments
Our books can currently be shipped to most European countries (including the UK) and the USA, as supported by our print-on-demand partner. If you’d like to order from another region, please contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help. If delivery to your location isn’t possible, your payment will be automatically refunded in full. No action needed.
We currently accept payments via PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit card), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Our books are printed on demand in the region closest to your location.
Typical delivery times are:
Europe & UK: approx. 1–2 weeks (3–5 business days production + 5–10 business days shipping)
USA: approx. 1.5–2 weeks (3–5 business days production + 7–10 business days shipping)
If delivery isn’t possible during checkout, you will receive a full automatic refund — no action needed.
Please note: During high-demand periods (such as the holiday season), delivery times may be longer. We recommend placing your order early if you’re buying for a special occasion.

✨ Why Our Books Are Different
Great question! It depends on your favorite coloring tools:
• 60 lb uncoated paper – has a natural, slightly textured surface ideal for colored pencils, crayons, and graphite.
You can also use light markers, but we strongly recommend placing a sheet behind the page to prevent bleed-through. This is a great option if you prefer a more affordable version and don’t mind adding a little protection when using wet media.
• 80 lb coated paper – thicker and smoother, this option is designed to handle vibrant markers, gel pens, and inks beautifully. Perfect for bold color and minimal show-through.
Both versions offer a beautiful experience — it just depends on your tools and how you like to color.
Amazon is a great place to buy many types of books — and their standard paper quality works perfectly for a wide range of titles.
However, for certain creative books — especially those meant for drawing, coloring, or repeated hands-on use — a more robust paper makes a noticeable difference in the experience.
To ensure the right feel and durability, some books are exclusively available here in our shop, where we can offer them on premium paper that not only supports creativity and turns each moment into something truly valuable.
Our bestselling books — like “The Big Pattern Collection” — are available in both places, after many of you asked for a premium edition that feels as special as the creative time you put into it.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
All of our books are made to order through a trusted print-on-demand partner — we don’t hold stock.
Because of this, returns, refunds, or cancellations are only possible in the rare case of damage or a printing error.
If something arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly offer you a full refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer.
To help you choose with confidence, each book includes a “Look Inside” preview, so you can explore the content before purchasing.

A small note about timing:
While most orders arrive on time, shipping is handled by external partners — and occasional delays can happen, especially during high-demand seasons.
If you’re buying for a birthday, holiday, or special occasion, we recommend ordering early.
That’s why we do not offer refunds for delivery delays, as this lies outside of our control.
